April 23 (SeeNews) - Romanian real estate consultancy and representation company Imoteca said it will add nine projects to its portfolio of almost 30 developments in 2024 and will expand into the Spanish market.
The new projects in Romania will focus on energy efficiency, reflecting increased customer demand in this area, the company said in a press release on Monday.
"We are in a new phase of sales and portfolio growth, both in the volume projects area and with boutique projects. [...] Among the new flagship names in our portfolio are Gulia Eco-Village, Alexandriei 152 Residence, and Sera Verde Residence, which combine modern design with sustainability solutions," Imoteca founder Rafaela Nebreda said.
The new residential projects in the company's catalogue are located in Bucharest and in the surrounding county of Ilfov.
Imoteca also said it is expanding its activity into the Spanish real-estate market, following Romanian investors' heightened interest in key regions of Spain such as Valencia, Alicante, and Malaga.
"Spain has a real estate market in continuous development, and for Imoteca, we see this expansion as a gateway to new business opportunities," added Nebreda.
Founded in 2002, Imoteca currently runs operations in Bucharest and Ilfov county, having previously worked on projects in the cities of Cluj-Napoca, Constanta, and Brasov.
